This privacy policy defines the rules for processing personal data on the website akarwowski.pl.

in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
Passive Data Collection (Server Logs)
Data is collected passively and automatically in server logs while using the service. It is not collected for profiling or tracking users.
The following technical data is collected:

- Time and date of visit
- Request URL (information about opened pages and downloaded files)
- Referring site address (Referer header)
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 section 1 letter f of the GDPR (Legitimate Interest of the Data Controller) for the following purposes:

- Internal, anonymous statistical analysis of website usability (e.g., popularity of downloaded files and opened pages)
Data in the logs is stored for the time necessary to achieve the aforementioned goals, but no longer than necessary to complete
the security analysis and internal statistical analysis. The site administrator independently analyzes server logs to identify and block malicious
IP addresses and for statistical purposes. The storage time of this data by the hosting company complies with its own policy.
Cookies
The service uses cookies solely for technical and security purposes. Technical session cookies are used, which are essential for the proper
functioning of the service. These files are used exclusively to maintain the session of the Site Administrator, which is crucial for the management
and secure maintenance of the service. Cookies are not used for user tracking, profiling, or marketing purposes.

You have the right to contact the Data Controller at any time (at the e-mail address provided in the "Privacy Policy" section) to exercise
the following rights:
- Right of access to data concerning you
- Right to rectification (correction) of data

for the technical maintenance of the service. They are not shared with other third parties for marketing purposes.
